How it works
Moving is not a one-click transfer: you download your gallery from the old service and import the archive into proiav yourself. It takes three steps.
1. Download your gallery as a zip
- Pixieset: download the collection as a zip (how client downloads work). To get originals, choose “Original” / full resolution in the collection download settings. Pixieset offers this only on paid plans (Basic and up).
- Pic-Time: download the gallery media as a zip (Pic-Time guide). The archive is split into subfolders, one per scene.
2. Import the zip into proiav
In your proiav dashboard, click “Import from another service” and pick the zip. The archive is unpacked in your browser and the files go straight to storage, so keep the tab open until the import finishes (a computer works best). Every folder inside the zip becomes its own gallery named “Title — Folder”. Galleries are created as drafts, so clients see nothing yet.
3. Review, publish and send the new link
Check the draft, set a cover, layout and password if you need one, publish the gallery and send your client the new proiav link.

One zip can be up to 10 GB. For a bigger gallery, split it into several zips and import them one by one.

Removing Pic-Time branding starts from its Professional plan. In proiav, the Basic plan already removes our badge and adds your logo.
Free plans, for reference: Pixieset Free gives 3 GB without originals; Pic-Time Free gives 10 GB that drops to 3 GB after 3–6 months (by their own data); proiav Free gives 3 GB with originals and no time limit.
Import a gallery, get a month of Basic free
- For accounts on the Free plan.
- Credited automatically after your first successful zip import, once per account.
- Valid for the first 30 accounts or until 31.12.2026, whichever comes first. After that, import keeps working; the promo just isn’t credited.
- After the free month, Basic is 129 UAH a month if you turn on auto-payment during the promo month. We email you 7 days before it ends.
- Without auto-payment, the account goes back to Free. Your files are not deleted.
- Can’t be combined with the referral bonus in the same month: the bonus moves to the next month.
What happens to the links your clients already have
Old Pixieset or Pic-Time links keep working as long as your subscription and gallery there are active. After the move you send clients the new proiav links. There is no automatic redirect from the old links.

Do photos lose quality when I move them?
No. proiav stores files byte for byte as they are in the zip. From Pixieset, choose full resolution when downloading, otherwise the zip holds reduced copies.
Can I move several galleries?
Yes. Every folder in the zip becomes a separate gallery, and you can import as many zips as you need, each up to 10 GB.
What about client favorites and passwords?
They don’t move over. Clients mark favorites again in the new gallery, and you set passwords again in the gallery settings.
How much does it cost, and is there a promo?
Free is 3 GB; Basic is 100 GB for 129 UAH a month or 1290 UAH a year. Accounts on the Free plan get a month of Basic after their first successful zip import (first 30 accounts, until 31.12.2026).
What if my zip is bigger than 10 GB?
Split the gallery into several zips of up to 10 GB each and import them one after another.
